Campania for a more sustainable and competitive development model

The well-established presence of wind farms and the strong growth of photovoltaic plants, combined with the speed of procedures and authorisation timeframes for green projects, make Campania a competitive hub for renewable energy investments.

The Region also confirms its role as a mature ecosystem for a sustainable development model thanks to plants financed by GSE (Energy Services Manager) under the FER X (new-generation Renewable Energy Sources) scheme and to the presence of international players such as Prysmian, Enel and Terna.

Green Hydrogen: a Strategic Vector
Campania promotes the development of initiatives dedicated to green hydrogen, strategic for industrial decarbonisation and sustainable mobility:
·       5 NRRP projects approved by the MASE.

Monitor RES incentives

Access the Anagrafica FER – Regione Campania, the official portal to monitor and verify the environmental context in which RES plants are located, a useful tool also for planning:

  • Check which renewable-source plants are authorised or in the authorisation process;
  • Browse up-to-date data on project location, type and status;
  • Obtain useful information for investors and operators.
