Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy is provided pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, as amended, and in accordance with the Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools adopted by the Italian Data Protection Authority on 10 June 2021.

This document describes the technologies used by the “Invest in Campania” portal and the ways in which users may manage their preferences.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that the websites visited send to the user’s browser, where they are stored and then sent back to the same websites during the next visit. Cookies make it possible to recognise the user’s device and enable website functions.

Cookies used by this portal

At present, the “Invest in Campania” portal uses only technical cookies, which are necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the website. No profiling, marketing or statistical analytics cookies managed by third parties are present.

Technical / session cookies

These cookies are set only in the event of access to a restricted area (e.g. editorial login) in order to maintain the user session. They are not used for purposes other than the technical functioning of the portal.

No cookies are installed for users who browse the portal without authentication.

Tracking and analytics tools

The portal does not currently use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo), nor marketing automation, advertising or newsletter automation platforms.

Third-party services and content

The portal loads the published content exclusively from its own domain. Public style files and JavaScript libraries are also requested from the following CDN, solely for the correct display of content:

  • jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) — provision of the Bootstrap Italia style framework and the Splide.js library for carousels.

The CDN is used exclusively to load static resources and, at present, no cookies appear to be installed for profiling or tracking purposes.

There are no social widgets, video embedding systems (YouTube/Vimeo), interactive maps (Google Maps/Mapbox), CAPTCHA services or additional external components capable of carrying out user profiling or monitoring activities.

Managing preferences

Users may manage or disable cookies at any time through their browser settings. Disabling technical cookies may affect the proper functioning of the portal’s restricted features.

For more information on managing cookies through a browser, users may consult the dedicated pages of the main providers:

Updates

This Cookie Policy is subject to periodic updates. The current version reflects the status of the portal as at the date of publication; if new tools using additional cookies are introduced, the information will be updated before such tools are activated.
