Investors may also notify the Region of their need for properties with specific characteristics (for example, production spaces, offices for lease, warehouses, equipped industrial areas or plots for new facilities).

In response to such requests, the Region can launch expressions of interest addressed to public and private entities (such as the ASI Consortia – Industrial Development Areas and other property-owning bodies) in order to identify available properties suited to the project's needs. This mechanism facilitates the matching of demand and supply and accelerates the settlement process.

<p>The <strong>Industrial Development Areas (ASI)</strong> are production hubs managed by the ASI Consortia, public economic entities responsible for the planning, infrastructure provision and management of areas intended for industrial activities. Within the ASI, companies find production plots located in settings that already feature infrastructure and shared services. The presence of a dedicated and regulated governance makes it easier to coordinate with local authorities and the settlement processes.</p><p>These areas are one of the main instruments through which Regione Campania supports productive development and the attraction of new investments.
